At omvalix LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your desk lamp, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  • We cannot accept items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact support@omvalix.com or call +1 904-641-6929 during customer service hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM EST).
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • omvalix LLC covers all eligible return shipping costs with a prepaid label.

5. Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fees are charged.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Bank processing times may vary.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items immediately to support@omvalix.com.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund and cover any associated shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

  • Return the item for a refund, then make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

9. Non-Returnable Items

  • All Desk Lamps are returnable if they meet eligibility criteria.

10. Order Cancellations

  • Contact support@omvalix.com immediately to cancel an order.
  • Orders can be canceled without penalty if not yet shipped (usually within 1–2 business days).
  • Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

11. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using Klarna.
  • Gift cards follow the same return eligibility rules if allowed.
